College of Optometry near Philadelphia, PA.
He is licensed in California to use diagnostic and
therapeutic pharmaceuticals for treating and
managing ocular disease. He is also committed
to routinely upgrading his diagnostic skills and
continuing education. Dr. Toth has special interest
in paediatric exams, treating external ocular
disease, and contact lenses.
